- -Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled and legal action may be initiated.
- -The organization company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.

- -Flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects and materials (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, colognes, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers) are not permitted in the event area.

- -The sound and lighting systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing or visual discomfort.
- -Participants should exercise caution regarding special effect equipment used within the technical production of the event, including fog machines, flames, fire effects, CO2 effects, laser lights, and similar devices.
- -In the event that the balloon flight cannot take place due to weather conditions, the Global Sunrise Live Set will continue as scheduled. However, the flight organization will be postponed to the following day. For guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled flight on the following day, TRY 15,000 of the amount paid within the scope of the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party ticket will be refunded. Likewise, if the rescheduled flight on the following day is also cancelled due to weather conditions, participants will again receive a refund of TRY 15,000.
- -For VIP entrances, reservations for up to 4 guests include access to the Bistro area, while groups of more than 4 guests are offered private box for up to 12 guests. Bar and service priority are provided within these areas.
